Bus Driver and Custodian Appreciation
We are grateful for our bus drivers and custodians at El Morro for taking care of our students.

Take a moment to say thank you to your favorite El Morro custodian or bus driver. These folks make our school sparkle and drive our children to and from school safely each day.

Activities and ideas will be coordinated during the week to thank our custodians and bus drivers for their hard work tending to our children.
Ideas
Finding the perfect token of appreciation doesn’t need to cost a lot of money. We encourage parents and students to write heartfelt cards or make a sign to hold up at their bus stop, letting drivers know how much we appreciate their hard work. To help facilitate this, we will hold a “Funday Monday” event during lunch. Students will be able to make signs and cards thanking their favorite member of the team.
The PTA will also be placing boxes in the school office for students who would like to give a gift card or homemade item. Additionally, the PTA will be treating our bus drivers and custodians to a catered lunch on Friday.
