Boo Blast – Friday, Oct 29, 2021
2:30 pm – 7:30 pm
On October 29th, the school will be holding its
69th Annual “Boo Blast” community event on site at the school from 2:30-7:30 pm.
Boo Blast is a cherished community event, highly anticipated and attended by families of all ages who live in Laguna Beach and surrounding communities. Families enjoy old-fashioned games, safe carnival rides for all ages, a parent-constructed haunted house, costume contest, face painting, “cakewalk”, yummy food and more. There’s music, dancing and a great sense of community spirit.
All proceeds will directly benefit El Morro Elementary School by providing programs, supplies and other support to Teachers, Students and their Families. The El Morro Elementary PTA is a 501(c)(3) organization, Tax ID # 95-6152268.

Boo Blast T-Shirt Contest
Congratulations to the Boo Blast T-shirt Contest Winners (2019 and 2020)
It is always difficult to pick the winners for the Boo Blast T-shirt contest. Once again, we had several creative and artistic submissions for the contest. The overall quality of the artwork was outstanding. A winner was selected for each grade level and an overall winner out of so many excellent candidates. The overall winner for 2020 was 4th grader (in 2019) Jo Foulger! The winner for 2021 was 5th grader (in 2020) Eva Ferguson-Garrood! Both designs will be featured on the 2021 Boo Blast T-shirt!
